Not sure if you have this in CA or not, but the local Ohio/Kentucky tax has a section to fill out for "Use Tax". You're supposed to report each and every online transaction you've made over the past year and pay retroactive sales tax to the state. But as the state of Ohio isn't really in a position to comb through its citizens' Amazon.com accounts, it's the biggest joke ever.
